Monday morning (June 3) please plan to arrive at the Gym at 9:00AM. It always takes a bit longer on the first day to get everyone signed in and with their group, so getting here early would be super helpful! Tuesday through Friday you do not need to arrive at 9:00AM, but please bear in mind that we will be beginning promptly at 9:30 AM each day, so please sign your child in prior to 9:30 AM.

As we have done in the past, we will be running a food drive concurrent with VBS this year as we learn about the importance of following Jesus' call to love our neighbors. There will be prizes given to the crews that bring in the most items each day, and all items will be donated to the Lawrenceville Co-op to help our neighbors in need. A current list of their most needed items is below. Items can be dropped off at St. Lawrence when you drop your child off each morning. If items are dropped off during pick-up or later they will be added to the next day's count for your child's crew.

Snacks (granola bar, crackers, etc.)

While there may be some water involved during the Games rotation each day (especially with our theme this year), Friday has always been our water sports day! With this in mind, on Friday please send your child wearing clothes that will dry easily and/or a towel!

As stated on the registration page for VBS, the t-shirts this year had to be ordered by May 20th in order to be printed in time for Monday, June 3. As such, any registration that came through after May 20th is not guaranteed to have a t-shirt in the correct size. The remaining shirts were distributed in a first come-first served manner in regards to registration time, and we did our best to get as close to each child's size as possible. 

The hours for VBS are 9:30am-12:30pm. Pick-up and drop off will take place in the gym each day. Please do your best to ensure that your child is picked up no later than 12:45pm.  Due to safe environment guidelines, we cannot be the only ones watching your child after hours. This rule is in place for their protection!

Parents are always welcome to stay with us and watch our Sing & Play Splash session each morning from 9:30-9:55, and come early to pick-up to watch our Fin-tastic Finale session each day from 12:05-12:30pm. Children love to share their favorite songs and show their parents what they learned each day!
