Room Requests need to be submitted at least one month prior to the scheduled event. You will be contacted if there are conflicts, and you will receive an email confirmation when your request has been fulfilled. Please do not call the office to make your request over the phone. 

The Finance Council meets and approves all Ministry/Event Fundraising Applications. They meet once a month on the last Wednesday of the month. Ensure that you submit your applications on time; otherwise you run the risk of having to wait until the next meeting.

Please use this form to submit announcement requests (1 form per event/meeting/activity). You will be able to upload documents, graphics/pictures, etc.
