Youth Ministry/Parish School of Religion (PSR)
- You need to be a registered St. Lawrence parishioner.
- April is “early” registration month. Registration fees are lower and you will have a better chance to receive your preferred day/time class session for PSR.
- The registration form, annual medical, media and safe environment releases that are needed to register students can be downloaded below or are available at the Faith Formation (religious education) Office. Completed registration packets (faith formation registration form, required releases and payment) can be mailed to St. Lawrence, Attn: Faith Formation Office or placed in an envelope and returned to the letter drop under the reception window in the narthex. Payment may be made by check (made payable to “St. Lawrence Catholic Church) or *new this year* credit card. The credit card payment authorization form is available for download below. Payment with cash must be done at the Faith Formation Office during normal business hours or at “walk-in” registration.
- Sunday, April 18, 2010 is a one-time opportunity for (after business hours) “walk-in” registration. It will be held in DeSales Hall (2nd floor classrooms #212-214) from 6:15-7:30 p.m.
- Registrations received after August 1, 2010 may not be able to be processed in time for the first class.

CHRISTIAN INITIATION (Children)
- Registration takes place from April through September.
- Contact: Diane Maguire, DRE at 770/962-2765 x223 or Rita Schieber, RCIA Coordinator at 770/962-2765 x219.
- For each student registered you need to complete a medical release and media release.
